What you get with this Offer
Hi, I'm Neil and I've been producing and presenting complex live events - both virtual and in-person - for over a decade. Using specialist broadcast-quality kit and taking feeds from a normal videoconference call (Zoom, Teams etc) I can produce a set piece must-watch for your business, product, service or event, streaming it to your channel on YouTube, Vimeo or one of a number of platforms including social media.
Your speakers can be anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection.
This offer includes:
* A quick video call to talk through the event you're looking to set up, including a quick demo of the technology
* A full list of what you need to ask your contributors for an send back to us
* Getting your contributors online 30-45 mins before the event to run through everything
* Producing and vision-mixing the live broadcast - up to 2 hours
* Streaming to your chosen platform (many supported)
* A full HD copy of the final broadcast sent via WeTransfer or Dropbox
The assets that are included, all customised for your brand, are:
* Countdown to on air time
* Opening and closing slides
* Name straps / "Lower Thirds" - to name your contributors on-screen
* Your logo and/or "LIVE" permanently on screen if you wish
* Boxed side-by-side screens so that 2, 3 or 4 contributors can appear together (great for a professional look)
Also, through my colleagues, some of whom are ex-BBC and ITV, we can provide these great enhancements as optional extras:
* Presenting / chairing the event
* Full intro, closing credits and mid-show 'sting' videos, with excellent music
* Subtitling your event afterwards and providing you with either an SRT subtitle file or a new copy of the final broadcast with subtitles "burned-in"
* Social media graphics to help promote your event
Other enhancements are available, including bespoke videos to play during your event: perhaps to explain your product or service, to profile your team or even as a surprise to award one of your contributors. Please get in touch with your particular needs.
We also livestream in-person events such as conferences and product launches, with cameras, sound, streaming kit and crew. Each in-person event is different, so you'd need to get in touch for a quote.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Many of our clients haven't done this sort of thing before, so I'll make it as straightforward as possible for you!
The first step is to get in touch to check availability and secure a slot - simply message me using the CONTACT button on this page.
Then place your order and choose any enhancements. I'll then arrange a quick meeting and demo with you over Zoom.
Because of the asset building and other preparation involved, it's unlikely I can provide an event with less than a week's notice but do get in touch if it's urgent, just in case it's possible.
In the run up to the event, you'll need to provide (well in advance):
* As much information as you can provide about the product, service, brand or event that the live stream will be about
* Information about your brand: logo, fonts, colours etc
* Information about contributors, including your presenter
* Details of which channel we will be streaming to. If you have a subscription for a multi-stream service (where we stream to them and they stream to multiple channels) we should be able to stream to that instead
* A provisional running order (we may advise some tweaks to help it run more smoothly)
* Assets to help with producing captions/videos etc
