What the Seller needs to start the work
To produce the pack I will need the agenda and attendee list along with any other papers to be circulated or slides already produced by attendees. I will need to chat with you on the phone or over email to get a rough idea of content for each agenda item. I will then produce a draft pack which you will need to review before I add in any final slides/make amendments. Following the meeting I will need scanned copies of any notes taken in the meeting as well as where available any recordings of the meeting. Pack will be complete within 2 business days following receipt of these items and notes completed ASAP following the action meeting but no longer than 2 business days following the meeting.
