You will already have your scheme, they may be in sketch form to scale but don't worry, they can be drawn up into a finalised professional drawing suitable for a planning submission. If you already have drawings, that's great, they will be checked to make sure they are fit for purpose.

I'll assisting in doing what is needed to ensure your application is valid and allocated a reference number. This includes your forms, ensuring correct fees, uploading documents and liaising with the council when required.
