What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please note that the project costs include ad spend. The costs per click will be paid directly paid to Google (ad spend) and will be determined by the ad budget you set, this budget is separate from the project fee paid through people per hour. However, to help you cover these costs I will be providing a free voucher for £75/$100 of free ad spend (see project requirements below for voucher eligibility criteria).
