What you get with this Offer
As part of this service, I'll check the customers doesn't have any disputes with the work you've done and their details so that in the event they still don't pay, you have the correct information about them so you can take the matter forward if you need to i.e. Court for a CCJ.
Types of clients include heating and boiler repair work, gardeners, Solicitors, Accountants and SME's of any type.
The debt size can be anything from £100 to £10,000.
This offer of £45 per hour plus vat is for 10 outstanding invoices which must be over due but within a year old of the invoice becoming due. Multiple offers can be purchased for more than 10 invoices or I can be contacted for a discount on more than 50 outstanding invoices.
Most clients find that a gentle and professional call from someone different in their business helps to get the money paid as the emotion and fear is taken out of the situation.
As calls are made in your Company name, which is a brand and trusted name that has taken you a long time to build, the calls are only on a customer service basis which are open and fair conversations.
In the event of a customer being in dispute about an invoice, the details of which will be passed back to you to manage as you will have a fuller understanding of what their dispute is.
Any money paid will be paid to you in to your account so I will need your honesty, availability to check your account for credits at any time and your feedback.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I need an excel spreadsheet and a copy of the invoice (not statement) with the customers name, phone numbers, email addresses, postal / job address, debt amount, date it was due and the work you did for the job. It is always great to have any extra information you may have about the job or the customer i.e. a good time to call.
For the additional service of process a judgment, any Court fees will be extra and are not included in the service and further discussions with you will be needed for you to understand the process and what you need to do yourself. To note, I'm not a Lawyer or Solicitor so you may wish to speak to a legal person before going down this route.
