I will build a personalised email generation system using NLG — dynamically generating email copy that incorporates each recipient's specific data (name, purchase history, preferences, location, or account status) into natural-sounding, personalised text that reads as individually written rather than templated. Generic mail-merge personalisation that inserts a first name into an otherwise identical email produces a personalisation signal that sophisticated customers immediately see through; NLG-based personalisation that generates genuinely different sentences for different customer segments or individual customer contexts produces engagement rates that generic broadcast content cannot match.

The system covers recipient data integration, NLG template design with dynamic content generation for personalised sections, fallback content for missing data fields, output validation ensuring personalisation is grammatically correct, and ESP integration for bulk delivery.
