Send me your receipts and your claim form (If you don't have a company form I can build you one). I will organise and complete your Form with VAT analysis if required, for approval & reimbursement from your employer whilst you get on with what you do best.

I can use your Company template or create one for you
The price quoted is for 2 hours work to be completed in two days (Faster if possible) then I will send the completed job back to you on working day 3 up to 500g via Royal Mail 1st Class to be signed for.
If you are happy with what I produce and would like this done on a regular Monthly/Quarterly basis, I am more than happy to discuss in relation to times and volume involved.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need your claim form if you have one or details of what depth of analysis you require if I am to build one for you. All your receipts and expenses and a little knowledge about what you do.
If you are happy with my work I would love to make this a Monthly/Quarterly job for you and would be more than happy to discuss rates dependant on the volume and the time involved.
