Eastbourne, United KingdomNot a great experience from Tuhin, We agreed for him to make some changes to my workpress site. I am a novice, so done a few things the wrong way around however, once his work was finished, parts of the site didn't work. When I questioned this, he didn't deal with it in a very professional manor. His reasons for the site not working were incorrect and he has yet to reply to my messages. I have paid Tuhin for is work but would not recommend him to others. What a shame....

He is john, Demanded himself so-called experienced person under his field and great customer service. Well, But the main problem is when you do not understand something which you have no ideas about then you must ask it as a question to the person who has experienced it. Instead of making it as *BLAME MESSAGE*. "YOU DID IT, I AM VERY DISPOINTED, YOU DID IT". You should follow what a freelancer suggest you instead of creating an argument and mentally harassing him and trying to forcing him to fix/troubleshoot something for free which he have not done at first place. As an example you never fix a pipe for free, do you?. You get the tasks completed as you have paid and as discussed. So, My works were mostly related to CSS changes of targeted elements of visual composer drag and drop plugin in website www.jonnys-drains.co.uk and adding a widget at footer, which is already done and still has been using on his site without any problem. My all tasks were carried out successfully and work was completed except adding up social icons where Mr. john was still planning to make a facebook profile. This john guy faced an issue with the script and started blaming directly to me. JS (javascript) and CSS are 2 different things. Later he started saying I might have installed a plugin which caused it. My fix are within this custom CSS theme options and they are still getting used on his site and the question is now... How it is getting used if my work was causing it?. Because he has no ideas. He can only blame with no experiences and at no cooperation. He tried to not paying me, even when I raised an invoice, he ignored that subject. But thanks to PPH escrow payment system, They got it cleared (payment was made by the system as it was in escrow for 1 week!). Worst experiences ever at PPH with Mr. John and very bad cooperation. He is not the guy who you would be interested in discussing with. Because his attitude is - If you discuss something together then you are the one in responsible. Also, he left a very politely well-explained threat message that he will provide me a bad feedback which I have received in his recent message on my inbox at first place. And I don't have to make anymore discussion to the person who is not interested in listening except saying what he wants. To be honest I am very straight forward. If you had planned to provide me bad feedback as you have already done no problem for me either. Anyway, My experience and cooperation will provide me works not my feedback, they are just for the showcase. To be noted, every freelancer starts their work at any outsourcing platform without having any feedback at all so as I did everywhere. I have done several UK client's projects at PPH on this hourlies but 1 out of 38 has to successfully end with very bad experience for rough attitude, I guess. All the best. :)
