I will build a sentiment and opinion analysis system for your customer feedback data — covering document-level sentiment (positive/negative/neutral), aspect-based sentiment extraction (which specific aspects of your product or service are mentioned positively or negatively), and a dashboard showing sentiment trends over time by product, region, or customer segment. Simple positive/negative sentiment classification is table stakes; aspect-based sentiment analysis that tells you customers love your delivery speed but dislike your returns process provides the actionable specificity that aggregate sentiment scores cannot deliver.

The system covers a sentiment classifier fine-tuned on your domain data, aspect extraction for your specific product/service dimensions, entity-aspect-sentiment triple extraction, trend analysis over your historical feedback, and a dashboard showing sentiment by aspect, time period, and customer segment.
