I am able to manage multiple events simultaneously, including virtual events (webinars, webcasts and calls) using BrightTALK, Webex, Zoom, Livestorm etc; as well as receptions, launch events, dinners, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, team building and the like with any number of attendees according to each clients requirements.
As a highly motivated and driven Prince II qualified event professional with over ten years in the events field with C-Suite level engagement, in the financial and related professional services industry, charity and private sectors as well as for business clients.
Experience at every level of event management, from the conception and planning stage, such as drafting programmes and financial management; as well as overseeing all administration and logistical duties with suppliers and guests whilst using digital, email and other marketing methods to promote the events; right through to on the day delivery and post event evaluation. I am able to register clients, send responses and produce analyses as required.
I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to cultivate successful stakeholder relationships at any level of seniority. Well organised with exceptional time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Possessing a can-do attitude and believes in going the extra mile in any task in order to produce great results.
I work remotely but am happy to visit clients, suppliers or staff as required for the event.
My hourly rate is £35 / hour but I am happy to offer a discounted rate for a FULL event service depending on work and hours required so do message me for a quote. Do let me know how I can help and your budget and I will do my best to work towards it.
