What the Seller needs to start the work
Buyer should provide me his company name and ssh access to his hosting server with sudo permissions in order to install necessary system packages. I can also setup Odoo on my own Digital Ocean server and transfer the whole server to customer in case he has an account on Digital Ocean you can create it here https://m.do.co/c/9276ba421bf1.
