I can spend three hours with you helping you conduct high level requirements gathering for your software projects.
I can also do more in depth requirements gathering for the subsystems of a software project.
Both of these things will require your constant involvement. I can help you but cannot do it for you, as you are the person who:
- Knows what you want from the software.
- Can approve or reject requirements as I suggest them.
- Has the contact details of your engineers with whom we may need to discuss the technical requirements, so that you can easily integrate the software with the rest of your systems if you decide to move forward with developing the software
