I will conduct thorough research into your company and culture (if you are in London we would ideally meet!) to ensure I know exactly what to look out for. I can then reach out to the candidates and would also be able to conduct first stage interviews via phone, saving you time and effort, and therefor money!
I have a great knowledge of how to navigate job boards and use Boolean search for LinkedIn and Google. I am great with spreadsheets and will document all progress on Excel.

You will need to have a clear job description for the position and be willing to spend one hour either in person or on the phone with me in order to understand your company and culture, as well as plan in a daily catch up of 20 minutes.
