- proofread the document - correct spelling, grammar, punctuation errors and typos
- complete a second proofread once you have received the document and reviewed the changes
- use Tracking in Word to highlight changes for the first edit and proofread. I will turn off tracking for the final proofread and return a polished and professional copy ready to be published for your target audience
