1️⃣ Your business + industry + main goal (leads/sales/calls/bookings) and your top KPI (e.g., CPA, ROAS, lead volume)
2️⃣ Website URL(s) and which pages matter most (home, services, pricing, checkout, thank-you page)
3️⃣ What you want tracked: list your top actions (forms, calls, purchases, bookings, button clicks) + tell me which ones are “conversions”
4️⃣ Access (no passwords): add me to Google Tag Manager and GA4 (and Google Ads if conversion setup is needed). Share relevant account/container/property IDs
5️⃣ Your current problem(s): explain what’s wrong (e.g., “double counting”, “not firing”, “wrong numbers”) + when you noticed it + any recent site changes
6️⃣ How conversions complete: share thank-you/confirmation URLs, form types (embedded/redirect/AJAX), and any booking/checkout provider used (Calendly, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
