What you get with this Offer
Our professional service has seen some of the UK's, in fact the world’s largest fast food & High Street franchise operators as clients.
Franchise Agreements are individual instruments and should not be treated as a project where a Google download is satisfactory. You simply cannot go to someone using a template. Which is why these multi-million pound operations with budgets running in to the hundreds of millions only work with Practices they trust! Inside our one-on-one service, you are assigned an advisor who specialises in Franchises, Intellectual Property and International Law.
Franchise Agreements are legally binding contracts which stipulate in exacting detail the responsibilities and expectations of the franchisor and franchisee. The financial consequences of not getting it right can be ruinous!
We will construct a Franchise Agreement together with you. After that we shall frame an agreement that will allow you to have a franchise to build your business.
It’s important to know most agreements are over 30 pages. Many franchises will normally have agreements of 40+ pages. Normally we would expect our drafts to be over 50 pages, or into the 100+ range, where the franchise is complicated or larger than a company with over two locations.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
This type of agreement is complex, in-depth and will take more than ten days to construct in normal conditions. If urgent, please talk to us before purchasing this hourlie.
We will work with you in ensuring the agreement is fit for purpose, within the law and in the spirit of how a franchise agreement are to work. Together with you, we will guide you through the law on franchises and then, if you wish, set up a set of documents to progress your business.
As with all legally binding contracts, it contains some critical elements typically found in all business contracts, and some that are unique to franchises. We will draft a list of information once you have purchased the hourlie.
Please note your Franchise Agreement will take more than 5 days due to the complexity of the documents. Unfortunately, PPH only allow a maximum of 5 days set, so the terms of our agreement will be that the hourlie may take more than 5 days and we will agree on a delivery point that is achievable.

Great PPH buyer. The Franchise Agreement was complex, needed to ensure it had all the protections a Master Franchise requires, this client was very good in their briefing which allowed for time saving when drafting the 50 page document.
