Upminster, United KingdomUnfortunately, there is a huge lack of experience in the agreement we asked for. The first draft was very basic with only a bullet points list that we had submitted and the text was not elaborated. We were hoping to get someone professional in order to get it done for us without being worried so we asked to get a second draft which Malabot didn't mind to do. However, after a second opinion from another legal advisor as I wasn't convinced about the job, indeed, the contract looked messy. I did request half of my money back to Malabot as we won't be using her draft afterall and we have all wasted our time. In all fairness she tried so that's the reason I said she should get paid half of the invoice but haven't heard back from her as PPH paid her in full automatically.
