Draft a contractor / freelancer agreement

I will provide you with free guidance on self-employment and IR35 tax rules, with the aim of minimising the risk that HMRC will regard you as an employee of the client rather than as a contractor.

I have been a qualified commercial lawyer for almost 25 years. I am recently retired and I now take on a limited amount of client work from my home as a freelancer.
