Draft a basic pattern and/or pattern block

Basic pattern for either a maximum two piece outfit (shirt/top and trousers/shorts/skirt) or dress/onesie/full one piece outfit.

Also TEDDY BEARS and stuffed toys. Let me know the size and specific animal or shape.
