3 If you can send me a sample design or image for my reference? (from google or any other web site), as this will help me understand your likes and dislikes in the time of the designing process.
4 Need dimensions and weight.
5 (If you have any) color specifications, fonts, text for the design, images, illustrations, clip arts, age group, etc...
6 If it's branded, need details of the brand and logo.
7 (if you have any special requirements) paper (which paper you will print finally), lamination, special colors (Pantone), and foil details.
