We are selling the product and we will demonstrate the complete product but code won’t be explained.
We will change the branding to your company like logo, icons, theme and language strings.
Enhancement apart from the ready demo will be charged on hourly basis.
The product is localized in English language only, if you need additional language support it will be charged extra.
Our support for bugs/defects and user acceptance testing will be for 3 months. Post support time, SLA need to be signed.
3 months support will be based on tickets and we will try to serve as early as possible once we received the ticket.
Support time will be from 11 am - 7 pm IST.
