5. Bespoke Learning Methodologies (Effective solutions to meet the modern day organisational approach to remote/hybrid workforce)
6. LMS - (Linking the business needs to the suitable LMS)
7. Content Creation (optional)
8. Evaluation - (Methodologies to measure what success looks like and if it has been achieved)
