What you get with this Hourlie
PDF forms can be downloaded from a website or emailed to your client. They complete the form, save it and return it to you. The forms can also be printed and filled in by hand. They are very versatile.
Interactive forms support these data inputs:
- Plain text
- Dropdown selection
- Radio button selection
- List boxes
- Digital signatures
- Buttons and external links.
Unlike a word document, the PDF form takes care of all the formatting. Font types and sizes are all set and the layout of the form cannot be edited by the customer so you’ll always get the same form back that you sent out with the information in the right places. The PDF forms are set-up to be user friendly and accommodating.
In this hourly, I design professional looking forms suitable for print and use on screen. Once you’re happy with the look and layout of the form, I then embed the editable fields into the form ready for you and your customers to fill in the forms.
If you have any calculation in the form you have to order extra item of calculation per page. Table may include: Income and Expenditure sheet, order table, P&L account or even any fields they need to be calculated.
This hourly is for a 1 page document and up to 20 fields per page.

What the Seller needs to start the work
