In my student days, I won a 1st prize D&AD award, that's the yellow pencil. Since then I’ve collected 9 nifty years of experience in design for print, branding and logo design, front-end web design, print and digital magazines, plus I can artwork my designs to print. In my past life I was Art Director for both IDFX interior design magazine, and Eat Out magazine. I’ve designed templates from scratch and I enjoy an efficient file setup, and I like to flex to an agency’s working process. I benefited from a varied placement foundation and I’m a life-long learner, so I have adaptable skills and I’m versatile with style. I value collaboration with teammates, so I’m best able to express my passion for design while being an asset to the project as a whole.
I work with you to ask questions and define a design’s visual direction. For me, making a difference to the impact of your communications and the potential of the business is what matters. I’m a strong believer that persistence through the details brings about the best work.
As a culture vulture, I feast on Computer Arts magazine and gallery art. When I’m not making suspect word play jokes, I’m learning to play Zelda on the piano or stripping wallpaper. I’ve been known to intensively delve into projects, whether it’s a new brand’s ID or the DIY.
Check out my recommendations on LinkedIn. Want to work together? I’d love to hear from you.
