1. You send me your details and any brand assets you already have.
2. I design and code the signature and send you the first version.
3. You tell me what to change and I revise it until it is right.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started, please send me:
1. The details you want in your signature - full name, job title, company name, phone number, email address, website and office address.
2. Your logo in the best quality you have (PNG, SVG, AI or PSD). A photo of yourself as well, if you would like one included.
3. Links to the social profiles you want people to reach you on.
4. Your brand colours and preferred font, if you have them. If not, just tell me the feeling you are after - corporate, minimal, creative or luxury - and I will suggest a direction for you to approve.
5. Which email client you use (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or something else), so I can test the signature properly and write your installation guide for it.
6. Any disclaimer text, tagline or call-to-action you want added at the bottom.
Optional but very helpful: a signature or design you like the look of. It helps me understand your taste much faster.
