Poor. What a slog this was. We asked for a simple footer and an improvement of the load time on a site they did for us, and it has taken over three weeks, and no output; it wasn't going to get done if you didn't badger them; then an invoice was sent along with a bundle that had the previous site broken; getting them to see the obviously different first page took several messages on PPH, and even then it was grudgingly. The time we were spending just wasn't worth the £215 of the job, so just had to cut my losses, paid them and got out. Very poor.

Sola, I’m incredibly unhappy that you feel this way. After the original work that you were happy with and left 100% positive feedback you messaged me requesting me to do further work. I explained to you at the time that I was incredibly busy and at this point you offered to pay me over the odds to complete. At the time I stated that unfortunately it wasn’t down to cost but time.
I took on the additional work on the 14th November, putting in a proposal at £215 down from the original £500 that you were willing to spend, saving you £285
The project completed today is 7 working days after the proposal was accepted by you, not three weeks as you have stated
Today for no reason you took offense while I was trying to explain the reasons, as to an image change aiding the page load times.
I have completed many projects through PPH all with happy customers.
Again I’m very sorry that you’re not happy with the service provided but I wish you all the best in the future
