What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need a brief of what you have in mind or a photo/web reference to get an idea before I start the character. Also I will need to know where and how you will be using the character, will it be seasonal themed, i.e. for Christmas for instance. I will also need to know if the character will be part of a set, it is handy to know when working on the first image.
