What you get with this Offer
This course covers all the main elements used in Microsoft Project. The course starts with basic task lists and formatting followed by linking tasks, resourcing tasks, saving a baseline, tracking and reporting on a project. There are plenty of examples used and some great fixes for common issues. I will guide you through each phase and then let you try an exercise own your own, with my input if required. The course is divided in to sessions, each session delivered has a practice exercise at the end and there is a final exercise to complete at the very end of the course. The exercises are designed to embed learning. I will provide a detailed course manual and free after course support via email for everyone who attends this course.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
You only need a computer and a copy of Microsoft Project, to get the best out of this course. You can complete the course without Microsoft Project but obviously you will not be able to do the training exercises.
