Box/bag/draw full of receipts you keep meaning to do something with - or have an accountant which will charge your £100 an hour to sort it all out. Save yourself the hassle and put them into an orderly format before going to your accountant.

I have extensive experience both within industry finance teams and working for a Chartered Accountants organising and recording company purchases and expenses.

The price of £15 is for one hour. I'd say 50 receipts per hour, so please book accordingly.

Just post the box off to me, i'll create a spreadsheet, analysing VAT seperately if required, using expense 'type' columns to make it a doddle for your accountant.

Any questions please ask before purchasing. Expect a 3 day turnaround on average, although can do urgent work if required sooner.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work

All receipts and brief explanation of type of business and the format your would like the spreadsheet delivered in. Also return address to send the receipts back to you (nicely numbered and clipped..)

If you want to know a bit about me?

To say my work history is eclectic would be somewhat of an understatement.

At 16 I headed in the workplace with a very clear idea of what I should do.. study part-time and head into the world of finance.. that lasted for approximately 4 years.. got qualified.. went up the ladder.. but it didn't 'tick the boxes', I found the 9-5 dull!

Hence the next year of flying around the world as an air hostess..

Back to the real world.. back into finance with an IT twist, learning IT coding to design/support finance software - In my spare time I was learning webdesign with some graphic design on the side.. Again went up the ladder until I felt I'd got as far as I was willing to go in the 9-5!

Colleagues seemed to be getting further because they had the title 'graduate' in their history.. so bring on a 3 year gap to go and get a degree in Law - spent my 'spare' time working in a commercial law firm to give my degree some context.

At 28 years old I started getting involved in start-ups, doing everything from the legalities and formation, setting up the accounting and IT systems to designing the logos and building the websites. Finally my dotted career history seemed to have found its purpose and having skills in a variety of areas which a new business needs, I have found my purpose!

I am currently consulting for a range of businesses ranging from management of their payroll systems to full book-keeping services. Can work remotely or on-site within 30 miles of Derby.
