-whats your current physical condition? (any sports in the past or now?)
-are you active at your job or mostly sitting?
-picture of you, to calculate approx. % body fat(you can blur your face if you want :D)

I provided Marcin with a list of gym equipment available to me, certain ingredients that I like/dislike, and my overall aims and timeframes, and he was able to quickly create a straightforward plan for me. He even looked up certain companies I order food from to get all the key details on protein/fat etc. and incorporated this into my meal plan.
