Create Code39 BarCode Application in .NET(ASP.NET, C#)

I can develop application in Asp.Net, C# which will generate the Bar code from the input values which is readable from the bar code reader. There will be setting to see the bar code Image with or without input values(see attached sample).

There will be simple settings to change the bar code font, width,height, padding.

I will use below technology:
✔ ASP.NET(4.0)
✔ C#
✔ code39.
It is tested and readable via bar code reader.

I will provide you the code and whole documentation of this.
Please see the sample bar code as attachment.

Note: attached bar code is very large, this is because PPH allowing 195px minimum Height to upload the image.
