What the Freelancer needs to start the work
These are a few things which I will need to get started:
a) Information related to your business and organization. These can be in the form of
* copies of past RFP responses / Contracts, if any
* creatives, presentations, PPTs, videos, internal/external wiki pages, release notes, user manuals etc.
* links to your web properties, etc.
* financial information (depending upon project value, customers usually ask for credentials to showcase your financial stability)
* organization structure
* policy documents
b) A copy of the RFP document (in MSWord / PDF format) or the business document
c) Contact information of key personnel and their preferred mode, hours of communications
d) Access to some of your applications (if required)
e) Any other relevant inputs required as per the RFP / business document
