Leicester, United KingdomBased on standard of work alone, Shahab deserves 5 stars. From a basic template I provided he was able to create a very good fillable PDF form. However I have dropped Shahab to 3 stars for what I feel was a lack of transparency in terms of pricing. I bought the project based on his description of what he offered. Halfway through he messaged to say "the form took a lot of time and hard efforts" and told me it would cost more without suggesting how much more. To clarify, I had not asked for anything more than what he himself had offered in his advert. On completion of the work, he sent me an invoice for 5 times the cost of the original agreement. To me, this was unprofessional and although he apologised, based on this alone, I would not use his services again.

I want to clarify my intention was never to be unprofessional or to change the terms of our agreement without proper communication. My previous clients' feedback speaks volumes about the legitimacy and consistency of my services. When I realized there was a discrepancy, I immediately raised an apology and amended the offer description to prevent such issues in future.
