Well hopefully this is where I come in. I have been working for a number of self-employed individuals for the last 5 years and actually get a weird sense of satisfaction from creating order out of chaos!

You can post me your receipts to my Essex office or if you are in London or the surrounds I may be able to arrange for collection dependent on workload. You can then leave me to it and I will go through your receipts and deliver a spreadsheet with all expenditure dated, itemised, costed and if required broken down by expenditure type. I can customise the spreadsheet to show the categories relevant to your industry. You will have the added bonus of having a happy accountant (a rarity at the best of times never mind at tax deadline time) and it should save you money as accountants tend to charge a premium for this service on top of preparing your accounts.

I can accept receipts in any format. Some people give me a shoebox or a carrier bag and some even in a nice folder (although these people are a rare breed).

You can be assured of my reliability and ability to turn all work around in a timely manner. I have been a freelancer for over 5 years so am not looking to substitute my income, this is my profession. The quoted fee of £30 is for 2 hours work. I generally find for most sole traders with around 300-400 receipts to enter this work can be carried out in 4 hours!
