What you get with this Offer

Coding HTML email templates is a finicky business because a lot of your customers are still using old email clients such as Outlook 2003. This means things can go horribly wrong as bespoke email templates are not always consistent across all desktop email clients, web clients and mobile devices. If you're not careful, you could send something which doesn't look right to hundreds or even thousands of people.

Fortunately I've coded hundreds of email templates so I know what to do to ensure your message looks great for all recipients.

This offer is for the coding of the template and not the design. If you need me to design your email template, purchase the relevant add-on below. Please be aware that testing is an imperative part of this process, so the more time we have to test the better.

(See the Hourlie images for examples):

■ 1 column design
■ 2 column design
■ 3 column design
■ Newsletter style

What the Freelancer needs to start the work

Make sure all of your copy and visuals are ready. If you do not yet have your copy I can complete the design using dummy text.

For my design brief I'll need...

1. A complete visual design (PSD preferred) to work from

Or if you purchase the 'design your email template' add-on I will need...

1. An accurate description of what you want your mailer to look like
■ Headline image and intro text
■ Column layout and what points you want to be highlighted in each column
■ Links to any social media pages for linking in email footer

2. An example of another mailer which you would like to emulate and details of:
■ What you like about it and would like to emulate
■ What you would like to change about the design, if anything
■ Links to any social media pages for linking in email footer
