I'm able to work with any file format, but please keep in mind that converting between formats can sometimes degrade the content. It's always best to work with the source material, especially when it comes to video. If the audio was recorded directly in the camera, I can extract it for you without any issues.
It may not be possible to completely remove all noise from an audio recording, as it depends on the quality of the source material and the severity of the noise. However, with my experience and expertise in audio restoration techniques, I can work to significantly reduce or eliminate as much noise as possible to improve the overall sound quality of your audio.
When working on cleaning audio, it can be beneficial to have a few seconds of background noise to reference. This allows me to better isolate and remove noise from the dialog. So, if possible, please include a few extra seconds of background noise for reference when submitting the audio.
