• Table-based HTML with inline CSS and responsive styling.
• Your supplied branding, images, final copy, links and preview text.
• Editable HTML source and the required image assets.
• Desktop and mobile layout checks, with email-client requirements agreed before work begins.
• Standalone HTML, or import into one Mailchimp or Klaviyo account if you provide suitable access.
• Two rounds of revisions within the original design and agreed scope.
MJML source can be included if MJML is agreed as the build method before work begins. Delivery starts after the complete design, content and requirements are received through the WorkStream.
Original visual design, copywriting, extra templates, campaign sending, list management, automation flows and paid testing subscriptions are not included. A custom HTML template is supplied; native drag-and-drop builder modules are not included.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please provide your approved email design, final copy, subject line and preview text, logo, images, brand colours, destination links and the required footer/unsubscribe content. Tell me whether you need standalone HTML, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, and which email clients are required. For platform import, provide an appropriate account invitation through the WorkStream rather than sharing passwords. Confirm any personalisation fields and supply their required syntax.
