I've built multi-tenant SaaS platforms handling multiple organisations, branches and permission levels, including a restaurant management system with per-branch data isolation and role-scoped staff access. That experience matters here because the foundations are what stop you rebuilding in six months when your first hundred users show up.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started I'll need:
1. A description of what the app does and who uses it — even a rough written outline is enough to begin.
2. The different types of user and what each should be able to do. For example: admins manage everything, staff see only their own records, customers see only their own account.
3. The core features you need for launch, ideally ranked by importance so we build the essentials first.
4. Any existing branding — logo, colours, fonts. If you don't have these, I'll keep it clean and neutral.
5. Examples of apps or sites you like the look and feel of.
