I have worked in the customer service industry for more than ten years, and my role is to take phone calls,
answer emails and do chat communications. I've done phone support for top US companies like Dell,
Microsoft and Time Warner Cable in the past.
Before this application, I worked as Team Leader reporting to a manager located in the US, and I have worked
hand-in-hand with her in creating processes and policies for our start-up team. Our team provides IT helpdesk
support to the employees of one of the largest petrochemical company in the world.
Currently, I am looking for a company where I can make use of my skills and previous work experiences. Aside
from the primary responsibilities you listed, I can also help with file organization, reporting and analysis, basic
graphic design, some content or blog article writing, and other administrative tasks. This way, you can focus
on things that are critical in growing the business.
I am a multi-tasker, fast learner, self-reliant and has a positive attitude towards work. I am computer savvy
and can type fast too. I can work at any shift assigned to me, and I have a very reliable internet connection.
I want to be part of a business where I can bring in my acquired skills on the table.
