Confirm your time zone and preferred working hours (I’m available 9 AM – 6 PM UK time, but I can be flexible).
Access to Tools / Platforms
Any systems I’ll be using (e.g. email account, CRM like Salesforce/Zendesk, spreadsheets, order systems, etc.)
Please provide login credentials, temporary access, or invite me as a user where applicable.
Communication Preferences
How would you like to stay in touch during the day? (Email, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Meet, etc.)
Brand Voice or Templates (if applicable)
