Design Fort were very quick and responsive with designs. Although I wasn't keen on the first round of designs, the designer was extremely courteous and provided more to make me happy so customer service is very good. I do feel like the drafts given were not of the quality seen in the portfolio but for the price paid for them, they were very good.
