Letchworth, United KingdomThe work was undertaken in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the quality is not there and Farid came across quite rude at times.
Farid M.
Hi everybody, First of all you can see screenshots of our conversation and decide if I was rude and wrong or not. Link to screenshots: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Toby%20PPH%20screenshots I would like give detailed information about how I received bad review from Toby. So, I completed main part of the job and received "Perfect thank you!!" review from client. It shows that I have no architectural visualization (rendering) problems. Problem started during second (changes) part of the job because client was not answering to my questions for a long time. The problem with this client profile is that two different people use this profile (Alex and Toby) and it causes confusion. I was hired by Alex (not Toby). I was thinking that Alex is some kind of nick name of Toby so I did not pay that much attention to this detail that they can be two different people. Unfortunately I understand it when it was too late. When I need some information I was not getting answer from client to my question for a long time because Toby was using the profile most of time instead of Alex. But I need feedback from client as soon as possible in order to not to waste time and continue the project. I sent screenshots of project on Friday and asked client to check if everything is ok or not. Although the client profile was online and read my messages, I did not get any answer. If client read your message and do not answer it means that he does not respect the seller and his time. I needed the feedback from client in order to continue the project and start final render. So I send "?" sign after sometime to get any feedback from client and in the end I send him this message on Saturday evening : " It is strange that there is no feedback from you for a long time although you are online and you see my messages." And received rude answer from Toby (not Alex) on Sunday morning : "Are you serious? Are you aware it’s the weekend. I told you last weekend that Alex will respond Monday. Grow up" My first question was on Friday not on the weekend. I was never informed that they are not going to answer my questions on the weekend. And Toby answered on Sunday just because he was online and was tired from my questions and wanted to get a rid of me. He accused me that I am not professional because I send message on weekend and advised me to grow up. Thanks Toby. As you see from screenshots Alex was happy with my architectural visualization job. I was never rude, render quality was ok and I did one set of changes without any additional payment. Toby left bad review just because he was not the one who ordered the project and did not want me to ask questions. Thanks everybody.
