What you get with this Hourlie

Running a business is tricky if you're short on staff, or even running the show on your own. You're so busy with the core function of your job you find yourself missing calls and with that comes missing your next big opportunity or losing a valued client. If you don't have enough calls to have a permanent PA or receptionist, a call answering service is just the thing for you. I work from my home office in a quiet environment with a switchboard phone that helps me to identify which number is being called so I can answer with your personalised greeting message.

COMPLYING WITH GDPR STANDARDS

All call records are stored securely on Google Sheets using G Suite. Google uses encryption to protect data and is protected
using HTTPS. G Suite encrypts data by default, putting everybody's mind at rest. Additionally, call records are protected so that only you and any authorised colleagues can access the document (as well as myself, of course) for added protection. Please note that this service does not include cold calling as this is not a service I provide.

Please note that each call credit is valid for calls upto 3 minutes. If your call runs over 3 minutes, additional credits will be deducted from your package. For example, if a call lasts for 5 minutes, 2 credits will be deducted.

Custom plans can be provided if you think you will have more than 100 calls come in per month. All plans include line rental of your unique telephone number that enables me to see that it's your number being called, as well as a statement in the mail (or digital attachment via email) at the end of the calendar month. Each package lasts for one month and can be reordered at the end of the calendar month - you are not tied into a minimum term contract.

The plans are flexible too, you can upgrade or downgrade from month to month.
