I will conduct a workflow discovery session and deliver a written agentic workflow opportunity report — mapping your existing processes, identifying which workflows have the characteristics that make them well-suited for agentic automation (multi-step, decision-intensive, tool-using, and time-consuming when performed manually), and prioritising by automation value. Not every multi-step process is an agentic workflow opportunity — processes with high variability in inputs and outputs, requiring judgment at multiple decision points, and involving tool or system interactions are good candidates; highly structured processes with deterministic rules are better served by conventional RPA or script automation.

The report covers your process inventory, agentic suitability scoring for each process (variability, judgment requirement, tool use, and manual time cost), a prioritised automation opportunity list, and a recommended starting workflow for agentic automation.
