Agentic Customer Onboarding — Autonomous Customer Setup

I will build an agentic customer onboarding workflow — an agent that autonomously executes your onboarding process steps (account provisioning, welcome communication, configuration based on customer tier, and handoff to customer success) triggered by a new customer event in your CRM or billing system. Customer onboarding is an ideal agentic workflow because it is high-stakes (first impressions matter), highly repetitive (same steps for every new customer with tier-based variation), multi-system (touching CRM, billing, provisioning, and email), and currently time-consuming — combining urgency, consistency, and manual burden that agents handle well.

The workflow covers CRM/billing trigger integration, account provisioning API calls, tier-based workflow branching, welcome communication generation and sending, configuration execution based on customer profile, CS team handoff with context summary, and onboarding completion logging.
