Agentic HR Workflow — Autonomous Recruitment & Onboarding

I will build an agentic HR workflow — covering CV screening and ranking, interview scheduling coordination, candidate communication, reference checking initiation, and new hire onboarding task coordination — with HITL review gates at decisions that require human judgment (final candidate selection and offer decisions). HR workflows contain a mix of highly automatable coordination tasks (scheduling, communication, and document collection) and judgment-requiring decisions (candidate evaluation and offer decisions) — an agentic workflow that automates the former while preserving human oversight for the latter delivers the efficiency of automation without sacrificing the judgment quality that hiring decisions require.

The workflow covers ATS integration for CV ingestion, AI-based CV screening and ranking, interview scheduling automation, candidate communication generation, reference check initiation, offer letter generation from approved template, new hire onboarding task creation, and HITL review gates for final decisions.
