This offer includes one compact chat widget with basic colour matching, integration with one agreed provider, and configuration using up to ten FAQ question-and-answer pairs you approve. I will configure it to use that material and show an agreed fallback response when a question is outside the supplied FAQs. I will review desktop/mobile presentation and test the agreed FAQ and fallback scenarios. You receive the integration source and handover notes.
Website compatibility, the provider and the hosting environment must be agreed before ordering. You configure provider credentials in your own hosting environment. Provider usage, hosting and paid plugins are separate buyer costs.
