Transcription is done. Though my expectations were very high - I was hoping for verbatim but didn't specify that. Haven't used service before hence wasn't aware of terminology. Lauren was communicating throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. Would love to see more apostrophes in right places to save me time correcting that myself. But overall I'm glad I used Lauren and the service as saved my lots of time. Thank you
