Brighton, GBUnfortunately it appears Yasir has failed to deliver on his promise on this occasion. Original agreement was to complete task with 48 hours, however Yasir has requested an extension to 72 hour deadline for which we agreed as he claimed he is halfway done. Quoting a specific level of work he claimed to have completed.
Very demoralising and disappointing to see that after 72 hours. Yasir said he will not be able to deliver and issue the refund. Sending about 20% of the completed task, although having previously stated that more than 50% was done at the 48 hour mark. (Yasir explanation was he was outsourcing the work to someone else, however the third party refused to send.)
Communication was good, however the work was simply not carried out. Which resulted in wasted time and delays for our business. Hope this is a more than fair summary considering we outlined the urgency of this task from the very start and ended up with a non delivery.
