London, GBIt was an absolute pleasure working with Asnia Digital. They are easy to contact, and extremely responsive. The process was quite educational, and was broken down to me in a way that made sense. I have no doubt in my mind that my new product on my website will be seen by the right people. I expect to see an increase in sales in January 2018. I will definitely continue to work with Simon.

As always working with Bassel is a pleasure. Bassel is a very straight forward customer to work with. He knows what he wants, is always responsive to any questions I might have, and works with me to supply the information I have requested. Would happily work with him again.

Hackney, GBIt was the worse service I have ever received. He didn't do a good job and later when I showed my disappointed and asked for a refund he accused me of scamming him (ridiculous ha!). I wish I saw an honest review to protect me from such a bad seller. So I am advising anyone reading this don't waste your money here. He didn't finish the job on time and he didn't do a good job. Never again!

The customer provided 3 points they wanted addressed on their CV, which later turned out to not be their, and then was their CV when they made a complaint. What they asked for I provided. I even went as far as to adjust the CV they provided to bring it up to a professional standard, and restructured the layout so that it was right for their target job market. I have current experience working with Recruitment Consultants and Employer. Everything was framed around what I know they like to see. Baring in mind the customer booked my service and was also given a time frame, their response time and the fact that I had previous clients did help to delay the process. They were advised of this from the outset, and given a time frame. I believe in delivering work that reflects my service, and advise customers looking for low quality, and quick turnaround to seek other CV writers. The customer made an additional service request, which they just didn't pay for, and ignored when it was mentioned to them. When the first draft was given to them with a breakdown of changes, they fired back with a complaint about the way the CV looked, even though they had actually paid for text changes, and not a layout revision. I wasn't given a chance to clarify their needs to make alterations as the customer made a refund request with their complaint. Bare in mind this is after I had submitted the work to them. I genuinly think I was being scammed, as when they made a refund request they changed their story. I had to go through a process with People Per Hour where I paid to despute the refund. Normally if I have too much of a workload and the client is in a hurry, I refund the payment. I have never had this type of issue before In my whole career. In this case the work had been completed, and the time and effort had been put in to deliver the work. People Per Hour could see I had done everything the customer had asked for, as I provided evidence. So they reversed the refund. After all the back and fourth the customer was given the chance to voice what was needed to make them happy. They ignored me when I asked for further information, and then eventually released the payment. Followed a week later by this feedback. I have learned a new lesson about trusting my gut instinct. I ignored it in favour of helping a customer.
